Danica Radovanovic is an internet researcher, social media consultant and trainer

 for the public and private sectors.

Worked for the United Nations (FAO), the School of Web Journalism, supported by Rising Voices, Berkman Center; Library of Congress – Washington DC, Geisel – USCD, San Diego.

She was alumna of UNC-SILS (MSc Fulbright Scholar) at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and PhD Chevening Scholar of University of Oxford, Oxford Internet Institute.

Her academic research is rooted in her own practical experiences breaking down digital walls in central European society.

Danica has published extensively in the fields of internet studies, social media, digital divide, and new communication practices in academic journals, and in print and online media: Index on Censorship, Global Voices Online, Scientific American, Australian Science.
